The design approach is intended to minimize any impact to the original layout and features of the building. Where proposals are made that affect the existing layout, they are confined to areas that have already undergone substantial alteration. The proposals do not affect the building’s setting or external form. The proposed works will improve the external appearance of the building, which is currently in a declining condition and state of repair. views towards the property
